Mr. Perdue served as President of AAC since 1988, and from 2006 to present has served as Executive Director. Since 2000 to present, Mr. Perdue has also served as a Director of Appraisal and Brokerage Services for Business Valuators & Appraisers, LLC. Mr. Perdue has a Masters Degree in Valuation Sciences (M.V.S.) from Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Missouri (1992) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma (1979). He is an Accredited Senior Member with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), certified since January 1988 and recertified through 2027, and is a Past Member at Large and Parliamentarian of ASA's International Machinery & Technical Specialties Committee.

Justin Perdue is a Graduate of Oklahoma Christian Schools (1998-2001) and has completed two years towards his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Central Oklahoma. As a Master Welder, from the Tulsa School of Welding, he has practical and extensive experience in oil and gas well drilling, production, and midstream equipment. He is an Accredited Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers.
As President of AAC, he is responsible for daily operations, physical inspection of assets for appraisals, research, and value calculations. His experience and expertise is in machinery, equipment, furniture, trade fixtures, and vehicles, specializing in manufacturing facilities.
